Up until early 2012 - most of these tracks were available on the website mp3.com.au, which after over a decade of provision of free music distribution, pulled the pin on the site - leaving over 120 Dark Eulogy songs "homeless". The lost Dirges is a catalogue of forgotten tracks pulled from a back bank of over 200 odd songs, culled down as being part of the "bigger picture" - a brief rehashing of an old diary that tells a musical story. Without this release, these tracks would have been lost to history. As with a lot of progressing artists, the back catalogue of tracks is not perfectly mixed or "whole" sounding, but more so these tracks tell their own story, a memory that is caught in time aurally.

These tracks span between the years 2003 - 2010.

For the first time, fans are given a choice to either download the tracks for free or "name your price". The reason for this is to enable fans to put a price on the music but more so to aid in providing some type of income to my family. Fans are asked to share on the social media of their choice the link to this album - all help getting this project noticed is eternally gratified.
